Terms and Conditions for Property AI Real Estate Chat Bot
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using Property AI Chat Bot, our Pakistan real estate AI assistant. They explain what the service does, what is expected of you, and the important limits that apply to AI generated property guidance. Please read them carefully before using the service.
By accessing or using Property AI Chat Bot, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
01 Acceptance of terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Property AI Chat Bot. By creating an account, sending messages, submitting property details or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
02 Definitions
- Service means the Property AI Chat Bot website, chatbot and related account features.
- User means any person who accesses or uses the service.
- Content means messages, requirements, listings, files and other material submitted through the service.
- Admin team means the Property AI Chat Bot operators who review submissions and manage leads.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into property related decisions. By using the service, you confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.
04 The service we provide
Property AI Chat Bot provides general real estate assistance for buying, selling, listing, renting and investment across Pakistani markets. This includes guidance on plots, houses, apartments, farmhouses, files, approvals, NOC status, payment plans, transfer steps, construction cost and materials, and investment and price guidance, along with structured buyer and seller submissions and follow-up.
The service is a supporting tool. It does not act as your agent, broker, lawyer, financial adviser or developer, and it does not complete transactions on your behalf.
05 Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or restrict accounts to protect the service and its users.
06 Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and any property you discuss or submit.
- Use the service only for genuine property research, listing and inquiry purposes.
- Respect the rights, privacy and safety of other users and third parties.
- Independently verify any property details before making a payment or commitment.
07 Prohibited content and conduct
You must not:
- Upload fake, illegal, misleading, unauthorised or third-party property data.
- Post fraudulent listings, false ownership claims or manipulated documents.
- Impersonate any person, society, developer or authority.
- Attempt to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service.
- Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or infringing.
- Use the service to spam, harass or defraud any person.
Submitting fake or unauthorised property data is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and ownership rights of any content you submit, and for any consequences that arise from it.
08 Seller submissions and admin review
Seller submissions require admin review before they are published or shown as approved options. Submission does not guarantee approval, listing or any particular outcome. We may accept, decline, edit for clarity or remove submissions at our discretion, including where content appears inaccurate, unauthorised or non-compliant with these terms.
By submitting content, you grant Property AI Chat Bot a non-exclusive licence to store, review and display that content within the service for the purpose of operating the platform and managing leads.
09 Informational service, no guarantee
Information provided by the chatbot may not always be final, complete, current or legally binding. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax or transaction advice, and no guarantee of any outcome is given. You must independently verify property documents, ownership, approvals, NOC status, payments, development status and legal standing before acting. Full details are set out in our Disclaimer.
10 Intellectual property
The Property AI Chat Bot name, brand, logo, design, text, software and other materials are owned by Property AI Chat Bot or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit, subject to the licence described above.
11 Third-party content and links
Property AI Chat Bot is not responsible for third-party property claims unless separately verified by the official Property AI Chat Bot team in writing. The service may reference or link to third-party websites, societies, developers or authorities, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
12 Fees
Where the core assistant is offered without charge, we may introduce, change or remove features and any related fees in the future. If paid features are introduced, the applicable pricing and terms will be presented to you before you choose to use them.
13 Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
14 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property AI Chat Bot, its founder and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, opportunities or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Property decisions, payments and transaction responsibility remain entirely with you. We are not liable for losses resulting from reliance on AI generated guidance, unverified listings, third-party claims, price or availability changes, or any dealing between users and third parties.
15 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property AI Chat Bot, its founder and its operators from any claims, damages, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of any applicable law or third-party right.
16 Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where necessary to protect users, comply with law or maintain the platform. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
17 Changes to the service and terms
We may update, improve or discontinue features, and we may revise these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
18 Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. Where possible, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
19 General terms
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, form the entire agreement between you and Property AI Chat Bot regarding the service.
